Menghe Acupuncture Project
Treat together. Heal together.
Founded in 2015, the Menghe Acupuncture Project (MAP) began with the imperative of making reliable medicine accessible to all. Through a partnership with ECO Center for Education & Wellness, a 501(c)3 healthcare organization, we are able to provide a variety of services and dedication to the community. We started off with acupuncture, but have grown into a well rounded and rooted community of health professionals equipped to treat the entire family through all phases of life. Acupuncture will always be at the heart of our services, but in the true spirit of holistic medicine, we aim to support health and healing in all aspects of your day to day life.

Free Acupuncture Clinic at Samaritan House
Who Is Treated?
Patients of our clinics are residents in the neighborhood. They typically work hard as gardeners, food service workers, house cleaners, or entrepreneurs. Many tend to earn just enough income to be ineligible for Medi-Cal coverage, yet do not receive health insurance through their employers and cannot afford to pay for “out-of-pocket” health insurance. Without health insurance, access to even basic medical care becomes an unaffordable luxury.
